Applications will be accepted online via
https://turnaportal.ua.gov.tr/ using your E-Government password from 00:01 on February 12, 2026, until 17:00 on February 27, 2026.
All documents required for the application must be uploaded to the system. (Documents are specified in the evaluation criteria table.)
Incomplete and incorrect applications will be considered invalid.
