Our department achieved a significant success at the 1st International Congress on Midwifery Education and Accreditation, held from March 25–27, 2026, in collaboration between the Department of Midwifery at Amasya University’s Faculty of Health Sciences and the Association for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Midwifery Education Programs.
Our Department Chair, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Reyhan Aydın Doğan, and our Department Vice Chair, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sebahat Hüseyinoğlu, were awarded the First Prize in the Oral Presentation Category for their study titled “The Alignment of Accreditation Standards in Midwifery Education with the Current Core Curriculum (ÇEP): A Document Analysis Examining the Similarities and Differences Between the Two Texts.”
