An online event titled “Death, Loss, Grief Processes and Midwifery Care” was held by the Department of Midwifery at Karabük University within the scope of the 2025–2026 Spring Semester.
During the event, care approaches in grief processes, supportive midwifery care for individuals experiencing loss, and communication processes were discussed.
Assist. Prof. Dr. Ayşe İrem Gökçek from the Department of Midwifery at İstinye University participated in the program as the invited speaker. The event was moderated by Assist. Prof. Dr. Zulfiyya Nuraliyeva from the Department of Midwifery at Karabük University.
The event contributed to improving students’ professional awareness and knowledge regarding care processes.
