An orientation program for first-year students of the Department of Midwifery was conducted by Res. Asst. Begüm CAN and Res. Asst. Kübra Nur KILIÇ, accompanied by Asst. Prof. Zulfiyya NURALIYEVA.
During the orientation program, students were provided with information about the Department of Midwifery and its academic staff, the physical facilities of the faculty building, the department website and Student Information System (OBS), student representation in departmental committees, library services, the Zero Waste initiative, and the Karabük University Health Sciences Congress. Students were also informed about academic and administrative processes to facilitate their adaptation to the department and university life and to help them make effective use of available resources and services.
At the end of the program, a vote was held to elect the first-year student representative. As a result of the voting, Gülsu ÖZDEMİR was elected as the First-Year Student Representative.
