No Program Learning Outcomes: With the successful completion of this program, students will be able to
1 Relate midwifery with learning of biology, social and behavior sciences
2 Perform the professional practice in accordance with midwifery philosophy, ethical principles, principles of safety patient and staff, regulations
3 Make training and consulting according to needs of the person/woman/pregnant/family and the society
4 Monitore and use training and technology in health care systems.
5 Adopt evidence-based in professional life
6 Adopt themselves to life-long learning and self-developed
7 Practice interdisciplinary and disciplinary
8 Practice care in pregnancy, birth and postpartum period, determine the risk and referral in early time
9 Serve family planning, monitore women and children in age of 15-49 and 0-6, respectively.
10 Diagnose the pregnancy and monitore the low risks pregnancy
11 Performs normal birth and breech birth in the absence of a physician, adopting mother-friendly approaches and performing episiotomy when necessary.
12 Have lifelong learning and citizenship awareness, language and communication skills, and historical knowledge.
