An online graduate student meeting was organized by the Child Development Department of the Faculty of Health Sciences at Karabük University within the scope of May 20 Child Development Specialists Day.
During the event, Hatice BEŞİR, who works as a lecturer at Artvin Çoruh University; Dr. Child Development Specialist Elif Sultan ÖZDEMİR, who works under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye; Child Development Specialist Ahmet Abdullah DURU, who works under the Ministry of Family and Social Services of the Republic of Türkiye; Tuğba ÜNAL KELEŞ, who works as a specialist instructor in the field of special education and rehabilitation; and Burcu Can SARITİKEN, who works as a preschool teacher under the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye, came together with our students.
During the meeting, our graduates shared their professional experiences, career journeys, and field experiences related to their areas of work with the students. The students also had the opportunity to gain information about different professional fields.
At the event, which was also attended by the faculty members of our department, productive discussions were held on the multidimensional structure of the field of child development and the work carried out by our graduates in different institutions.
