As part of the HEM225 Internal Medicine Nursing course, a conference titled “Nursing Approaches in Cardiovascular Diseases” was held on November 13, 2025, in BTMYO Classroom 108.
The conference was moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Duygu Kes and Nursing Student Ali Albayati. The organizing committee—Eren Keklik, Melisa Uygun, Serpil Çetin, Eylül Öztem, Hamza Kanatmış, İbrahim Düşünceli, Arzu Babakulyyeva, Medine Çok, Mahmut Emre Soğancı, Eren Gürbüz, Eithar Saeed, Fatemeh Gholami, Malick Ngom, Mbene Kane, and Rithwan Said—contributed to the successful realization of the event.
During the conference, Nurse Burcu Üçgül presented the historical development of nursing approaches in cardiovascular diseases, current practice areas, contemporary research, and potential directions for future advancements.
