Within the scope of the HEM329 Nursing Management course, coordinated by Dr. Lecturer Tuğba Güngör, a lecture titled “Quality Management in Healthcare Institutions” was held on December 16, 2025, at 13:30, in the Ekrem Karakaya Conference Hall of the Faculty of Medicine, with the participation of Heldan Demiralay Oğuzkağan, Director of Nursing Services and Quality Coordinator at Private Medikar Hospital.
During the lecture, Heldan Demiralay Oğuzkağan shared her knowledge and professional experience on Health Quality Standards and accreditation processes, supported by practical examples, and was listened to with great interest by the students. The program was attended by academic staff and students of the department, and at the end of the event, a certificate of appreciation was presented to the guest speaker by the Head of the Nursing Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özlem Öztürk.
