Program Objectives and Achievement Indicators
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AND ACHIEVEMENT INDICATORS* 
 
1. The clinician performs their profession by taking on the roles of educator, researcher, and leader. 
 
Achievement Indicator: 
a. 70% are employed within the first 5 years after graduation. 
b. Within the first 10 years after graduation, 5% of the graduates hold managerial or academic positions.
               
2. The clinician develops professional competencies by following national and international innovations in line with the principles of lifelong learning.
 
Achievement Indicator: 
a. 10% of graduates continue to postgraduate programs in nursing or non-nursing fields within the first 5 years.
b. 15% of graduates attend certificate programs that will provide competence in their field of work and other scientific programs (congresses, courses, symposiums, etc.) within the first 5 years. 
 
3. The clinician collaborates with the team while conducting professional practices and adheres to ethical principles.
 
 Achievement Indicator: 
a. Displays behaviors following ethical principles and codes.
b. Has high collaboration skills with team members.
